• Over 15 years of experience with high profile events. Event resume includes over 30 major sporting and political events and numerous Tier 1 conventions, including transporting Desmond Tutu and the Dali Lama.
• Worked on four World Olympics; Atlanta, Sydney, Salt Lake City and Athens. Responsibilities at Atlanta included hiring, training and managing over 2,100 ground staff assigned at all of the Olympic venues.
• Masters in Sports Administration from Ohio University.
• Resides in Poulsbo, Washington.

• Over 10 years of experience in a variety of senior roles responsible for transportation operations, customer service, maintenance and safety.
• Brian's experience includes special events in Atlanta with Aspen Productions and management responsibility for a wide range of logistical and transportation projects for groups such as FIFA, Turner Sports, The World University Games in Buffalo, NY, the Atlanta Olympic Games and numerous corporate groups.
• Resides in Los Angeles.
H. Kevin Mest, Vice-President of Business Development

• Over 25 years of passenger service transportation experience in leadership positions. Most recently, Kevin was the Regional Vice-President for Laidlaw Transit (acquired by FirstGroup) responsible for operations and business development for an eight state region with a fleet of 3,500 vehicles and 4,000 employees in over 60 locations.
• Kevin has provided strategic direction in building customer relationships and value propositions for pupil transportation services, transit services (fixed route and para-transit) and commercial charter services.
• Advanced Bachelors of Accounting from Washington State University and a former CPA with Deloitte.
• Resides in the Seattle area.
Michael A. Aguilar, Vice-President of Project Planning & Operations

• Over 25 years of experience in the design, planning and execution of transportation at major special events in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, North and South America.
• Special events transportation consultant for clients such as the Russian Football Union for their FIFA World Cup 2018 bid, the Brazilian Olympic Committee on their successful 2016 Summer Olympic Games bid and the Italian Olympic Committee on Rome’s 2020 Summer Olympic Games bid.
• He has held management positions at Coach America, Transportation Management Services, International Event Services and Forsythe & Associates.
• He has a B.A. from California State University, Bakersfield and did graduate work at The Ohio State University.
• Resides in Los Vegas, Nevada.
Sarah McHugh, CMP, Director of National Operations

• Over 12 years of experience in meeting and event production, event sales, logistics, venue management and trade shows.
• Sarah has operated her own company and worked for companies such as The Walt Disney Company and Aspen Productions in planning and managing a wide variety of events serving such clients as Coca-Cola, the Atlanta Falcons, Chick-Fil-A, Home Depot, the NCAA Final Four, ESPN, and the Salt Lake Organizing Committee 2002 Winter Olympics.
• She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a graduate of Lynchburg College.
• Resides in the Atlanta area.
Jamie Bohner, Director of National Sales & Marketing

• Over 10 years of experience as a meeting and events professional successfully planning Tier I conventions, national/international meetings, transportation programs, marketing campaigns, and CVB relationships and vendor relationships.
• Jamie brings a wide range of experience from her previous positions as the Corporate Meeting Planner for RE/MAX International and as a Convention Sales Manager at the
Denver Convention and Visitors Bureau.
• She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a graduate of the University of Wyoming.
• She resides in Denver.
